Who Am I and What Is This?

A Southern California transplant now living in Illinois and trying not to take life too seriously. That translates to I can usually find a humorous side to almost anything. Sometimes this elicits horror of those around me. Lifelong Dodger’s fan, musician, foodie, tech geek, and half parent to an equally goofy 4-legged kid named Kip. Which brings me to… 

…being partnered with an amazing woman who is completely out of my league. Really. It’s like I’m playing t-ball and she’s every year’s Cy Young award winner. If she were Filet Mignon, I’d be Chuck Steak. She’s a Lamborghini, and I’m a Prius. A Rose to my Dandelion. An Arabian to my Mule. But we laugh. Every day.

This blog…never-ending essay…jumble of words that spew across your screen electronically…will consist of my different musings and thoughts on various subjects. While they may occasionally have a more serious tone, they will hopefully frequently elicit a slight grin or maybe…just maybe…cause an audible chuckle. Or chortle. Your choice.
